Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
- Daily Task Management: Check emails promptly at the start of each day to address any urgent client inquiries or requests. Delegate tasks efficiently to various departments based on client needs and priorities. Decide on the job to be recruited for the day, ensuring alignment with client requirements and staffing goals.
- Client Communication and Reporting: Regularly check in with clients to assess their needs and address any concerns or issues they may have.Prepare and send activity reports to each client, providing detailed updates on recruitment progress and activities.
- Issue Resolution and Documentation: Troubleshoot any issues related to contracts or recruitment processes, taking proactive steps to resolve them promptly.Sign confirmation letters as needed to confirm agreements and maintain transparency in client interactions.
