About Pavago:
Pavago is seeking an experienced Bilingual Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales and be fluent in both Spanish and English. You will be responsible for calling local businesses in and around San Jose, CA, with the goal of qualifying prospects and setting up appointments. The ideal candidate should have experience is selling products/services in US.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualification:
- Conduct outbound calls to B2B prospects using the provided contact list and call script.
- Engage prospects effectively, ensuring a professional and persuasive communication style.
Prospect Qualification:
- Assess the needs and potential of prospects to determine their suitability and readiness for our services.
- Identify key decision-makers and gather relevant information for further engagement.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects.
- Ensure appointments are accurately recorded and confirmed with both the prospect and sales team.
Record Maintenance:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Update and manage prospect data to ensure it is current and comprehensive.
Communication and Scheduling Tools:
- Utilize Zoom for virtual meetings and consultations.
- Use Outlook for scheduling appointments, sending follow-up emails, and managing communication.
