This role is instrumental in leveraging ActiveCampaign to design and execute automated email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. You'll play a critical role in optimizing workflows, segmenting audiences, and implementing personalized email sequences to enhance customer journeys. Collaborating closely with our marketing and sales teams, you'll develop and execute strategic campaigns for promotions, seasonal sales, and special events. Responsibilities:
- Design of Email Newsletters, Lead Nurturing Automations, and Landing Pages: Design monthly email newsletters, lead nurturing automations, and landing pages tailored to the needs of up to five locations. Ensure designs are engaging, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for conversion.
- Creation of Workflows and Automations in ActiveCampaign: Develop and implement workflows and automations in ActiveCampaign for lead nurturing and monthly special campaigns. Configure automation sequences to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Development of Campaigns for Semi-Annual Sales and Black Friday: Plan and execute comprehensive campaigns for semi-annual sales and Black Friday. This includes creating compelling landing pages, interactive forms, and intricate automations to maximize campaign effectiveness across platforms.

Required Experience & Skills:
- Required Experience & Skills: Industry Background: Candidates are preferred to have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing, particularly in email marketing and automation, is highly desirable. A background in e-commerce or retail marketing is advantageous. Additionally, certifications in ActiveCampaign, Shopify, or related platforms are considered a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in several key technical areas essential for this role. This includes expertise in ActiveCampaign for creating and managing workflows and automations, Shopify for integrating and optimizing e-commerce platforms, and GoHighlevel for executing comprehensive marketing automation strategies. Additionally, strong skills in HTML/CSS are required for customizing landing pages and email templates. The ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights is also crucial.
