Responsibilities: 

  • Mathematical Proficiency: Utilize mathematical skills for tasks such as budget tracking, expense management, and data analysis.
  • Efficient Reporting: Generate and maintain administrative reports with accuracy and efficiency to support decision-making processes.
  • Communication Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and managing expense reports.
  • Calendar Management: Effectively manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread emails, memos, reports, and other documents.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring executives are well-prepared and have the necessary information.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation..
  • Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Project Assistance: Support executives in various projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

With proven experience in executive assistance, including calendar management, travel coordination, document preparation, and confidential information handling, our candidate brings a wealth of support and operational knowledge to the role.
  • Key Competencies:  Strong organizational and time management skills ensure our candidate can efficiently prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to the fast-paced nature of supporting executive-level leadership.
  • Technical Proficiency:Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), and other office management software, our candidate possesses the technical skills necessary to efficiently manage executive correspondence, scheduling, and documentation. Familiarity with database management systems like Lead Simple and property management software such as Appfolio showcases our candidate's ability to streamline administrative workflows and ensure efficient operations.
