Key Responsibilities:

Acquisitions Assistance:

  • Conduct market analysis to determine Maximum Allowable Offers (MAOs).
  • Input data into offers calculators and maintain updates in our CRM to facilitate communication with the acquisitions team.
  • Collect necessary contract-related information efficiently.

Transaction Coordination:

  • Serve as the liaison between title companies, sellers, and buyers to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Secure and organize required documents, providing consistent updates throughout the transaction process.

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate property photography, setup of lock boxes, and arrange property showings.
  • Organize notary services and Power of Attorney signings when needed.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as appointment settings, deal closures, and overall team productivity.
  • Support the marketing team by helping to monitor efforts and optimize budget allocation.

Team Productivity and Process Adherence:

  • Ensure team members are effectively carrying out their tasks according to established processes and standards.
  • Document, map, and maintain detailed instructions for all processes and policies.
  • Regularly review operational processes to identify and rectify inefficiencies and to automate processes wherever possible.

Systems Management:

  • Manage the effective use and optimization of company systems, including the CRM, marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and ensure the achievement of the company's goals, from daily tasks to long-term KPIs, maintaining rigorous oversight of progress and productivity.
