Pavago is looking for a Operations Analyst to join our team.This role involves managing the sales pipeline, updating client status, overseeing transaction statuses in QuickBooks, conducting comprehensive reviews of pipeline and projects, performing detailed reporting analysis, and managing operations documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and leading key operational meetings.

Responsibilities:

Sales Pipeline Management:

• Update and maintain the sales pipeline to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
• Monitor the progress of sales activities and ensure timely updates of client status stages.

Client Transaction Management:

• Update client transaction status in QuickBooks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

Pipeline and Project Reviews:

• Conduct regular pipeline reviews to assess the status and progress of sales activities.
• Perform project reviews and person utilization reviews to ensure optimal resource allocation and project efficiency.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and analyze reports related to sales performance, client transactions, and operational efficiency.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.

Operations Documentation and SOP Management:

• Develop, update, and maintain operations documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, comprehensive, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Meeting Leadership:

• Take charge of Daily Ops Stand Up meetings to ensure alignment on daily operational priorities.
• Lead weekly Pipeline Review meetings to discuss sales pipeline status and strategies.
• Conduct Project and Staffing Review meetings to assess project progress and resource allocation.

Requirements and Skills:

• Industry Background: Demonstrated experience in the consulting industry. Understand how utilization of resources work and have excellent analytical skills. 
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Quickbooks, Hubspot and Clockify. 
• Essential Abilities: Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide instant decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey insights, and recommendations to internal teams.

You will update the sales pipeline, ensuring each client is at the correct stage of the process. Your day will involve collaborating with the team to align all project management efforts with the company's overall goals and strategies.
