This role is crucial in enhancing our digital presence by creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs that align with our marketing goals. The Product Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to design and enhance digital products. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating design prototypes, and implementing front-end code to ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to understand target audiences and inform design decisions.
2. Design and Prototyping: Develop design concepts and create high-fidelity mockups using tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
4. Iteration and Testing: Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and testing, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
5. Landing Page Design: Create and optimize landing pages as required to support marketing campaigns, ensuring they are both visually compelling and conversion-focused.
6. Social Media and Blog Assets: Design social media posts and blog thumbnails on a need basis, ensuring they align with the brand’s visual identity and engage the target audience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: The candidate should have a strong background in user-centered design, with a deep understanding of UX/UI principles and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Experience in conducting user research to inform and guide design decisions is essential.
• Skills: The ideal candidate will possess creative and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges. Throughout the day, you'll participate in meetings with stakeholders, iterating on designs based on feedback, and testing the final products to ensure they meet user needs.
