Responsibilities:
- Local SEO Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute local SEO strategies for clients across various industries.
- Comprehensive Local SEO Audits: Conduct comprehensive local SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
- Local Keyword Research and Optimization: Perform local keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements.
- Google My Business Management: Manage and optimize Google My Business listings and other local business profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Content Coordination for Local Focus: Coordinate with the content team to create locally-focused content and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
- Citation and Backlink Management: Build and manage local citations and backlinks to improve local search rankings.
- Link-Building Strategy Development: Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance local search visibility.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze local search performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Local Competitor Analysis: Conduct local competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improving local search rankings and visibility.
- Keeping Up with Local SEO Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest local SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm updates, and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Platform Proficiency: Proficiency in using local SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google My Business, Yext, BrightLocal)
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO best practices. Knowledge of local schema markup and its implementation to enhance local search visibility. Understanding of the role of customer reviews and reputation management in local SEO. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g WordPress), HTML, and CSS is a plus.
