This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities, requiring a blend of administrative skills and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a variety of tasks, from managing financial records to providing administrative support across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
- Generating Reports: Prepare and distribute administrative reports, offering insights into both financial performance and operational effectiveness.
- Creating SOPs: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in administrative and financial processes.
- Accounts Payable: Assist with accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices, verifying vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Support accounts receivable functions, such as generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all administrative documentation is accurately maintained and complies with internal policies and regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency.
